Doha: A B N Corporation Chairman J K Menon announced that families of those who died in the disaster in Kuwait will be given financial assistance of Rs. 2 lakh each.

"In the tragedy in Kuwait, the heart aches for the lives that have been lost. There are tears in every family for those who have been lost. They are our brothers," said A B N Corporation Chairman and NORKA Director J K Menon.

J K Menon announced in the Loka Kerala Sabha that the each families of those who died in the disaster in Kuwait will receive financial assistance of 2 lakh rupees. He also stated that their dependents will be given jobs in establishments under the A B N Group. The funding will be provided through NORKA Roots.

Padmashri Adv. CK Menon is J K Menon's father. JK Menon has taken charge of various business groups after the death of CK Menon.

"The Central and State Governments are rapidly intervening to help the Kuwaiti victims. I feel it is my duty to give all support to such interventions," said J K Menon. He added that he is also joining efforts to protect the families of the deceased at this stage.
