Doha, Qatar: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has announced that an Istisqa prayer will be held on the morning of Thursday, November 14, 2024, across the nation, praying to Allah the Almighty for rainfall. HH the Amir will perform the Istisqa prayer alongside a large assembly of worshippers at the Lusail prayer ground.
