Doha, Qatar: FIFA has introduced the official mobile application for the FIFA Intercontinental Cup 2024, simplifying ticket management for fans worldwide. The app enables users to download previously purchased tickets or buy new ones, ensuring a seamless match-day experience.

Key Features

Accessing Tickets:

Fans can log into the app using their FIFA ID (registered email on the FIFA website). Purchased tickets can be retrieved through the [My Tickets] option on the home page or the Wallet icon at the top right corner.

Stadium Entry Guidelines:

For ticket holders managing multiple tickets, FIFA recommends sending tickets to accompanying guests in advance. This allows individual entry. Otherwise, all guests must accompany the ticket holder when entering. Tickets can be transferred via the app using the [Send your ticket(s)] button by providing the guest's email.

Changing Guests for Tickets:

If a ticket needs to be reassigned to a different guest, it must first be returned to the original purchaser. Once retrieved, the buyer can either keep the ticket or transfer it to another guest.

Important Note: Fans must present a valid ticket via the app for entry to the stadium. Confirmation emails from FIFA will not be accepted for admission.
