Doha, Qatar: Security agencies in Qatar are set to organize the "Watan Exercise 2024" from November 10 to 13.

The exercise will see the involvement of over 70 military, security, and civilian agencies, alongside security forces from the friendly Italian Republic.

Brigadier Mubarak Sherida Al Kaabi, Chairman of the Standing Committee for Joint Exercises and General Supervisor of the Watan 2024 Exercise, emphasized that this initiative is in line with the directives of Qatar's wise leadership. The exercise aims to enhance the integration and coordination among various military, security, and civilian sectors within the country.

By employing the logistical and technical capabilities of the participating agencies, the exercise seeks to achieve operational integration and effectiveness in executing joint tasks. This preparation is crucial for efficiently addressing potential risks, managing crises, and ensuring public safety, particularly during major events and in response to natural and environmental disasters.
