Doha, Qatar: The Pravasi Welfare office in Nuaija has announced an expansion of its Help Desk operational days. The Help Desk will now be available every Saturday, Monday, and Wednesday from 7 AM to 9 PM, providing increased accessibility to essential services.
The Help Desk offers a variety of services aimed at assisting the expatriate community, including providing information about NORKA services, assistance in obtaining NORKA membership card, and enrollment in the Pravasi Welfare Pension and ICBF insurance schemes, both facilitated by the Government of Kerala.
Pravasi Welfare, an organization accredited by NORKA, manages these vital services to ensure that expatriates receive the support they need.
