Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) has declared November 19, 2024, as "Distance Learning Day" for all government schools. 

This initiative is part of the Ministry's commitment to diversifying teaching and learning methods, aiming to harness the extensive capabilities of e-learning.

The circular issued by the Ministry outlines that all 215 government schools will participate in this event, which seeks to enhance the educational experience through improved digital skills. However, it is important to note that in-person classes will continue for kindergarten students on this day, ensuring that the youngest learners still receive traditional classroom instruction.
