Doha, Qatar: The "HH Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani International Anti-Corruption Excellence Award" underscores Qatar's commitment to fostering a corruption-free world. The 8th edition will be held on Tuesday in San Jose, Costa Rica, in coordination with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.

The award features five categories, including Lifetime Achievement, Academic Research, Youth Creativity, Investigative Journalism, and Protecting Sports from Corruption. It emphasizes the vital role of international cooperation and robust strategies in reducing corruption's widespread impact across various sectors, from politics to education and health.
