Doha, Qatar: As light to moderate rain falls across central Doha, Kahramaa, the Public Works Authority (Ashghal), and the Ministry of Municipality have issued helpline numbers to assist residents with potential power outages and water logging.

Kahramaa has urged citizens to contact their Call Center at 991 for any sudden power outages caused by the heavy rains, as announced on their social media platforms. 

In addition, Ashghal has made it clear that they can be reached at contact center number 188 for reports or inquiries during the rainy season. Residents can also utilize their mobile app, Ashghal 24/7, or visit their E-services portal for assistance.

When reaching out to Ashghal, callers are requested to provide their mobile number, ID card number, and My Address (blue sign) data to facilitate effective support.

The Ministry of Municipality, also known as Baladiya, is prepared to handle requests for the removal of accumulated rainwater on roads and streets. Residents can contact them via call center number 184, the Oun App, or through their official website.
