Doha, Qatar: In a tragic incident that unfolded at a high school in the US state of Georgia on Wednesday, a 14-year-old gunman claimed the lives of at least four individuals, including two students.
The assailant, who is also a student at the school, has been apprehended by law enforcement authorities. Identified and in custody, the shooter is set to face charges of murder and will be tried as an adult, as confirmed by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
Two teachers were also among the individuals who lost their lives in the attack.
