Doha, Qatar: Qatar Foundation is preparing to welcome the World Math Team Championship Qatar 2024 (WMTC) from November 28 to December 1 at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC), with the support of its destination partner, Visit Qatar. 

This prestigious international competition will provide a platform for young mathematicians from around the globe to showcase their skills. This year's theme, "Algebra and Balancing," pays tribute to the renowned Islamic scholar Al-Khwarizmi, known as the Father of Algebra, highlighting the importance of balance and fairness in mathematics. 

WMTC Qatar 2024 aims to celebrate the significant contributions of Muslim mathematicians while promoting global connections through the universal language of math.
