Doha, Qatar: The Cultural Village Foundation is set to host the eighth edition of the Katara European Jazz Festival from December 5 to 8. 

The event is being organised in collaboration with 11 European embassies in Qatar. During a press conference, Dr. Khalid bin Ibrahim Al Sulaiti, General Manager of Katara, highlighted the festival as a unique chance to explore the rich musical diversity inherent in jazz. He emphasized the event's role in merging ancient traditions with modern artistic innovation, reinforcing Katara's commitment to fostering cultural dialogue through music that connects nations.

Dr. Al Sulaiti expressed pride in organizing this annual cultural and artistic event, which showcases a selection of prominent European and international jazz bands. The festival underscores Katara's vision as a platform for culture, artistic creativity, and cultural exchange, serving as a vibrant meeting place for people from around the world.
