The announcement was made during his visit to the Ministry of Interior's pavilion at Milipol Qatar 2024.

The "Qatar Digital Identity" app is a cutting-edge smart application designed to provide users with digital versions of their ID cards and essential documents. This innovation allows citizens and residents to access a wide range of electronic services without the need for physical documentation, marking a major step towards digitization in the region.
