Residents can expect slight dust and scattered clouds, with temperatures dropping further by nightfall. The report also warns of strong winds in certain areas throughout the day.
Offshore, conditions will vary from scattered clouds to partly cloudy at times, with warnings of strong winds and high seas.
Inshore, the wind is forecasted to be northwesterly, ranging from 08 to 18 knots, with gusts reaching up to 26 knots in some locations. Offshore, winds will be slightly stronger, blowing from the northwest at speeds of 18 to 25 knots, with peak gusts possibly reaching 30 knots.
The sea state inshore is expected to be between 2 to 4 feet, with occasional rises to 5 feet. Offshore, wave heights will range from 5 to 8 feet, with potential peaks of up to 10 feet.
Visibility is predicted to be between 4 to 10 kilometers inshore and 5 to 9 kilometers offshore.
