Doha, Qatar: The Doha Forum 2024 is scheduled to commence today in Doha featuring discussions focused on innovative solutions aimed at fostering a more secure, sustainable, and prosperous future in a rapidly changing world. 

Recognized as one of the leading platforms for addressing contemporary international issues, the 22nd edition of the Doha Forum will revolve around the theme “The Innovation Imperative,” and will be held at Sheraton Grand Doha.

Since its inception in 2000 by Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, the forum has consistently convened heads of state and government, policymakers, thought leaders, and representatives from the private sector, civil society, non-governmental organizations, and global media.

Mubarak Ajlan Al-Kuwari, the executive director of the forum, emphasized that the event will serve as an invaluable platform for discussing and addressing the “disruptive forces” that impact security, climate, economies, and the international order. 

Al-Kuwari stated, “The Forum continues to provide an invaluable platform for diverse voices and perspectives to come together and collaborate with the collective aim of driving progress toward a better future.”
