Doha, Qatar: Members of the Thrissur Jilla Sauhrudavedi collected 53,001 Qatari Riyals as medical aid for Malkha Rouhi, a baby girl fighting the rare disease SMA type 1. 

The collected funds were handed over to the Qatari charity authorities in a ceremony attended by Central Committee and Sector Committee members.

During the event, Sharaf Muhammad, the first vice president of the Sauhrudavedi, along with the coordinators of the medical aid fundraising, Rajesh and Minesh, presented the relief funds. Officials of the Sauhrudavedi expressed their gratitude to all those who contributed to this noble cause.

This gesture of solidarity and support showcases the community's compassion and willingness to help those in need.
