Doha, Qatar: Podar Pearl School marked the 78th Independence Day of India with a spirited celebration, reflecting the deep sense of pride and patriotism among the school community.

The ceremony commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag by Dr. Steffy Rachel Sam, Vice President of Podar Pearl School. As the tricolor fluttered in the morning breeze, the entire assembly joined in unison to sing the Indian National Anthem, invoking a deep sense of unity and respect for the nation.

In keeping with tradition, Dr. Steffy Rachel Sam also delivered the President of India’s address to the gathering. The speech underscored the significance of Independence Day, reminding everyone of the sacrifices made by countless freedom fighters and the responsibilities that come with being citizens of a free nation.

The event saw active participation from the Directors, teaching, and non-teaching staff across all three campuses of Podar Pearl School.
