In a recent statement, Caretaker Minister of Economy and Trade of the Republic of Lebanon, Amin Salam, expressed deep appreciation for the State of Qatar's steadfast support for Lebanon during the current Israeli aggression. 

Speaking to Qatar News Agency (QNA), Minister Salam highlighted Qatar's unwavering commitment, noting that the nation has consistently stood by Lebanon in challenging times.

Minister Salam pointed out Qatar's active role in advocating for an end to the aggression, alongside its provision of essential relief and medical aid. He emphasized Qatar's dedication to rebuilding Lebanon's institutions and supporting the Lebanese army. Additionally, he acknowledged Qatar's significant diplomatic and political involvement as part of the Quintet Committee on Lebanon, aimed at addressing the ongoing presidential vacuum.

Furthermore, Minister Salam praised the contributions of Qatar's private sector in enhancing investments and trade in Lebanon, underscoring the importance of this support in fostering economic recovery and stability.
