Doha, Qatar: Showing a significant display of operational efficiency, Hamad, Ruwais, and Doha ports in Qatar have recorded substantial growth for November 2024, driven by increased cargo volumes and vessel activity.
According to Mwani Qatar's recent announcement on their X platform, the three ports collectively handled 99,357 tonnes of general and bulk cargo, marking a 5 percent increase compared to the same period last year.
The ports welcomed approximately 238 vessels during November, which also reflects a 5 percent rise from November 2023. Notably, the RORO units saw an extraordinary surge, with a total of 22,464 units - an impressive 297 percent increase year-on-year.
