Iran experienced significant cyberattacks on Saturday that disrupted nearly all branches of its government and targeted its nuclear facilities. This incident follows Israel's pledge to retaliate against Iran's missile assault on October 1.
"Nearly every branch of Iran's government-the judiciary, legislature, and executive- has been affected by these cyberattacks, resulting in the theft of their information," said Firouzabadi, former secretary of Iran's Supreme Council of Cyberspace.
He added, "Our nuclear facilities, along with crucial networks such as fuel distribution, municipal services, transportation, and ports, have also come under attack. These incidents represent just a portion of the numerous sectors targeted across the country.”
