Doha, Qatar: Hospitality Qatar opened its doors yesterday, marking the beginning of a three-day event at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC) that highlights the latest developments in the hospitality sector.
The ninth edition of the event features over 120 exhibitors representing 20 countries, promising a diverse display of innovations and trends.
Under the Patronage of HE Saad bin Ali Al Kharji, Chairman of Qatar Tourism and the Board of Directors of Visit Qatar, the event was inaugurated by Omar Al Jaber, Acting Director of Tourism Development at Qatar Tourism. Organized by IFP Qatar, Hospitality Qatar will run until November 14.
The opening ceremony saw the presence of notable figures, including Sultan bin Rashid Al Khater, Consultant to the Minister of Commerce and Industry, and Hamid Bentahar, President of the National Confederation of Tourism in Morocco. A host of local and international dignitaries, including ambassadors from participating nations and leaders of various international delegations, were also in attendance.
